Rural Experimenta
Natros ja no (Not us anymore) is an artist’s book resulting from the Som Xipella project, which aims to highlight and reclaim the role of rural women from Vilafranca del Cid (Valencian Community, Spain) by revisiting their memories linked to the development of the textile industry. This project is part of the Rural Experimenta program, an initiative in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture and Sports and Medialab Prado that promotes collaborative design workshops focused on experimentation and innovation in rural communities across Spain.

Task
Create a prototype project that will have a positive impact on both the community and the territory, developing a memory project that focuses on the present and the future. The goal is to take a horizontal approach to memory work, using a replicable methodology and materializing the process into a collective artwork.
